Back to the Future

Well...I think I might have a solution to the "funk" I'm in.  Go Back to the Future.

Back to when I first started running...3 milers during the week, and then a 6 mile long run.

Maybe run a few 5k's, 10k's, or a fall Half Marathon.

More of a health and fitness routine, along with some weight training.

I'll take a couple weeks off from running and blogging then start fresh!

When I return I will have new stories to tell, but until then feel free to browse the archives for past race reports and Tales of the Runner.
